CleanAD Service Privacy Policy – Clean.io provides software and related services (”cleanAD Services”) that detect and block malicious software code injected into sites, services, and applications through advertising, navigation redirects and other similar activities, thereby protecting our clients and customers and their respective end users. Please review the cleanAD Service Privacy Policy for more information regarding the privacy practices we employ in connection with these Services.
cleanAD Data Processing Addendum – It is the general policy of Clean.io not to intentionally collect or process personal information that is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) when providing cleanAD Services. However, in limited circumstances, we may sometimes inadvertently receive or otherwise collect such personal information (notwithstanding our policy against collecting or receiving personal information). Also, we may expressly agree in a written contract with our customers to specifically address the collection or use of personal information (e.g. for a specific engagement we may contractually agree to collect or process personal information on a particular customer’s behalf). The terms of our cleanAD Data Processing Addendum shall apply to our customers and the personal information we collect in those limited circumstances. We may also collect personal information of our customer’s employees and agents who use the cleanAD Services on behalf of such customers in CCPA and GDPR jurisdictions and such personal information shall be subject to the terms of the cleanAD Data Processing Addendum.
cleanCART Service Privacy Policy - Clean.io provides an online shopping cart platform and related technology and services for use by online shops and e-commerce stores ("cleanCART Services"). Please review the cleanCART Service Privacy Policy for more information regarding the privacy practices we employ in connection with these cleanCART Services.

Clean.io Website Privacy Policy – We collect information relating to our website visitors, our customers and prospective marketing leads, including personal information. In these capacities we act as a “controller” or “business’’ under applicable privacy laws. Please review the Clean.io Website Privacy Policy for more information regarding the privacy practices we employ in connection data and information collected via the Clean.io website and in connection with our marketing activities.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Addendum to Clean.io Website Privacy Policy – This CCPA Addendum to the Clean.io Website Privacy Policy applies to website visitors who are subject to CCPA.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Addendum to Clean.io Website Privacy Policy– This GDPR Addendum to the Clean.io Website Privacy Policy applies to website visitors who are subject to GDPR.
Cookie Policy – Our Cookie Policy applies to website visitors.
This Subproccesor List sets forth the current list of third party companies who are authorized to process personal data on behalf of Clean.io. These companies are known as sub-processors for purposes of privacy regulations. Our list identifies subprocessors applicable to our cleanAD Services, our cleanCART Services and our website/marketing efforts as described in such list.
Clean.io may sell personal information collected via our Website to third parties in the context of advertising and tracking via third party services (e.g. Google or FB) and we may sell or share your personal information as we have described in our Clean.io Website Privacy Policy. The CCPA provides California consumers with the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. Accordingly, California consumers may submit requests for Clean.io not to sell their personal information here. Clean.io will honor all verified requests that it receives in the event that Clean.io proposes to sell the personal information it has collected via the Clean.io Website.
